Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, duties and shipping, which may be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice and shall not be liable for any such modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

5) PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s display is accurate.

We may limit sales to any person or region, limit quantities, and discontinue products at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion. Any offer is void where prohibited by law.

6) ORDERS, BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order (including orders placed under the same account, credit card, and/or billing or shipping address). If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

7) SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated processing and transit times are shown at checkout or in our FAQs/shipping page. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, except as prohibited by applicable law.

8) PROMOTIONS & COUPONS

Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to separate terms and valid only for the stated period. Unless otherwise specified, promotions cannot be combined and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor conditions, governmental actions, power failures, internet disturbances, or failures of third-party service providers and carriers.

18) SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

19) ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site (including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Guguyo and supersede all prior agreements or communications.

20) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong SAR, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your place of residence.
