Refund & Returns Policy

Guguyo is dedicated to creating elegant, high-quality dresses that celebrate your unique beauty. We want your after-sales experience to be clear and worry-free.

30-Day Return Window

  • Notify us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags/packaging.
  • To start a return, email service@guguyo.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address/label. Do not return items to the registered company address.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is caused by our error (wrong/defective item, damaged on arrival): we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage.
  • For all other returns (fit, preference, etc.): we currently cover the return shipping cost. We will email the label and deduct nothing from the refund.
  • One return label is issued per order. Please ship items in a single parcel where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale or marked “non-returnable” items (if stated on the product page).
  • Intimates/underwear, swimwear, and customized/altered items.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery without prior approval.
  • Items not in original condition (worn, washed, stained, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, etc.).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the desired item and process a return for a refund as outlined above.

Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment begins: You may request cancellation for a full refund.
  • If your order has already shipped: Please refuse delivery or follow the return steps above. Once received back at our facility, we’ll refund the original amount minus a $10 restocking fee (waived if our error).
  • If your order has entered production (made-to-order) but not yet shipped: A $10 restocking/handling fee may apply to cover processing costs (waived if our error).

The restocking fee does not limit any statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once your return is delivered and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 3 business days to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 1–3 business days to post the credit.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) and duties/taxes charged by carriers or customs are non-refundable unless required by law.

If Your Return Seems Delayed

If tracking shows “delivered” to our facility but you have not received an update, contact us at service@guguyo.com with your tracking number and order ID.

Quality Inspection

Each item is inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email clear photos within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly (replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable).

Final Sale Period

All sales become final 30 days after the order is received unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date.” Material changes may also be communicated by email or site banner.
