At Guguyo, we display an estimated delivery window at checkout based on your U.S. shipping address. All timelines below reflect our typical order processing and shipping windows. Estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped with tracking.
Service Area & Origin
- We currently accept orders from the United States only.
- All orders ship from China via USPS and partner carriers (e.g., line-haul to the U.S., then USPS for final delivery).

Order Updates & Tracking
- When your order ships, we’ll email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the confirmation email is sent.
- Please ensure your email and shipping address are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Duties & Taxes
Orders ship from China to the United States. If any customs duties or taxes are assessed, they are the buyer’s responsibility.

- We may ship items in multiple packages at no extra cost to you when it speeds up delivery.
